When I go shopping, I hardly buy potatoes unless I know we are
having something that require potatoes to go with it. I tend
to forget to use it and they ended up growing in the cupboard.
I do make mashed potatoes every now and then especially if we
are having lamb shank or something similar.
I love mashed potatotes and baked potatoes
I think my fav variety is still the Russet Burbank Potato
Red Potatoes are really good too especially fried and sprinkled
with herbs and salt and pepper to taste
